Titre : | Design and Simulation of an Electric Longboard and Study of a Battery Management System for Lithium-Ion Cells | Type de document : | projet fin études | Auteurs : | TAMMANE Hasna, Auteur | Année de publication : | 2019 | Langues : | Anglais (eng) | Catégories : | Systèmes Embarqués pour l'Automobile
| Mots-clés : | electric longboard, BMS, li-ion battery, LG chem battery cells, balancing cells, state of charge, IDEF0 diagram, BDD diagram, requirement diagram, ANSA software, CATIA V5, easyEDA. | Index. décimale : | mast 154/19 | Résumé : | This report is the result of the graduation project carried out from 01 March 2019 until the end of June at the National School of Computer Science and System Analysis "ENSIAS" and FAAR Industry, as part of the training of the master's degree specializing in "embedded systems for the automotive industry".
This work concerns on the one hand the design of an electric longboard with CATIA V5 software and the simulation of stress and deformation of the board on ANSA software, while presenting these software and their advantages in order to give a sophisticated result. On the other hand, I worked on the energy part of our system and I made a dimensioning of the lithium ion batteries by choosing the NMC type then I built a battery pack of 48V and 21A with its case, for the part of the battery control system I made a BMS card for the charge of 13S on the easyEDA software by explaining the cell charge circuit.
