In addition, the notion of "testing" is not limited to checking the state of the systems used in industry, but it extends to the questioning of existing technologies and raises criticism of the and the development of new techniques that solve technical problems and weaknesses.
My graduation project is part of the continuous improvement of productivity and the improvement of the production rate of the ICT / OBP machine more precisely. In another term, it accelerates this process of development of tests in electronics within the company "Lear corporation Rabat". My goal is then to develop a test program generator that takes care of the flash of the software in the card at first and at another time to make electrical tests and powerful functional tests to prove that the cards work properly or to diagnose the exact cause of the fault. When the card does not work properly, the rapid detection of anomalies, and also the identification of defects that are key elements in my project because they allow isolating accurately the defects at "hardware" level.
In order to carry out this mission, we decided to start by developing the different modules of the generator and integrate them later. The second step of this project is to perform an integration test by implementing the software generated in the ICT machine.
Finally, this exceptional level of fault finding reduces the number of electronic cards to be repaired. It also saves time and especially improves the reliability of repaired cards. |
