My intervention took place within the Amuuko project, a health monitoring and data management of the livestock supply chain.
Thus, in this context, the mission of the internship was to implement a monitoring and reporting process within the mobile version of Amuuko. This process is the beginning of the Amuuko implementation as a whole, because it represents the quarter of the system and it’s an important sub process within the mother process.
The Amuuko system is one of the WeCare innovation group’s biggest projects where they are playing with the aspect of the intelligent agriculture by handling the livestock supply chain.
With that we decided to handle all of the project’s components as a whole in the beginning then attack the process. We managed to study the environment and the tools we are working with such as NFC, Beacon technology and barcode tags, plus implement it inside of them. Not to forget the design of the project with the UML approach.
To carry out the development of this project, the agile methodology seemed the most appropriate to our context, and more specifically the Scrum method.
